How to read this

All four rankings are built from the same public record — RAIA's Palestine Is Here database, federal procurement files, and reporting — and all are documented floors, not audited counts. The bar lengths are indicative weightings chosen to show order; the facts are in the notes.

This compares documented ties between specific entities and U.S. law enforcement. It is not a claim that “Jews” or “Israel” control American policing — an inference the sources themselves dispute. The test throughout is whether a tie to U.S. law enforcement is documented, not whether an entity is Jewish or Israeli.
